The Space

Les Parcelles apartment is situated on the top floor of a private building in the centre of historical Beaune. There is no lift, but it is just a short flight of stairs to get to the apartment. It is in a quiet part of town.

Les Parcelles has two double bedrooms, and sleeps 4 people. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, and one with a bath. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped and there is an open living / dining area with a large comfortable sofa and dining for up to 4 people.

Discover all that Beaune and Burgundy has to offer right on your doorstep, with all the wonderful shops, restaurants and wine cellars just a stone's throw away and the famous sites just a short drive away. 

Floor Plan– Entrance off a small quiet side street. A corridor leads to the stairwell, where you go up to get to the apartment. From the front door, you go right to one of the double rooms or left along through into the open plan kitchen/dining/living area. An attractive staircase takes you up to the second double bedroom with an ensuite.

Free parking is available at the top of the street in front of the apartment.

  • Perfect location in Beaune. Convenient parking nearby. The bedrooms are far apart which is great if one in the group snores. Upstairs ensuite is fantastic. Kitchen is large and very functional. Great workout climbing the stairs. Bravo.
