The Space

Downstairs – open plan living and kitchen area and separate utility room with washer dryer and separate WC. Fully equipped kitchen and music player. Stairs down to cellar.
1st Floor – 2 ensuite double rooms (1 with bath/shower & sink, 1 with shower & sink) and 1 separate WC between the two rooms.
2nd Floor – large spacious attic room with impressive skylight, double futon bed and sink ONLY. This room can be used as a reading and relaxing room or as a 3rd bedroom.
Guests staying in the 'attic' room will need to use one of the bathrooms in the two double bedrooms.

Lovely house, in the centre of Beaune. Literally steps to Place Carnot and conveniently sited parking is available too - Parking des Chanceliers. Lovely stay at a characterful address with all the amenities you could want. Highly recommended for a stay in Burgundy.
