  • Burgundy Escape can offer a simple ‘Property Management’ service whereby we simply look after (manage) your property in your absence. We offer a key holding service so that we can be your eyes when you are not here. We currently have clients as far away as Australia and as close as Beaune itself, where the owners (you) simply can not or do not have the time to look after the property themselves and for a monthly fee, Burgundy Escape will visit your property once a month to:

    • check that all is in order at the property

    • collect the post

    • prepare the house (if needed) for owner’s visits

    • co-ordinate dates with the cleaner

    • manage gardener / pool maintenance, if needed

    • manage any trades-people that may need to enter the property*

    • keep an eye on general maintenance

    • stay in touch with owners

    **extra 45,50 euros hourly fee for this service

    • Initial assessment, including tips on how to make your property ready for letting (if required).

    • Managing reservations, including email and phone contact.

    • Guest meet and greet (when possible).

    • Attending to any problems that might arise during your guest’s stay.

    • We’re on hand to deal with any issues that arise during your guest’s stay.

    Your property will always be maintained to the highest standard.

    Quick, professional and trustworthy, we’ll organise cleaning when needed and replenish household items for you*, such as soaps, toilet paper, cleaning products etc.

    This way – just like a hotel – the gap between guests checking out and guests checking in never needs to be long.

    • Proactively market your property on the top holiday letting platforms: Airbnb, Owners Direct, Holidaylettings.co.uk (Trip Advisor) & Booking.com

    • Handle all communication and reservations with guests.

    • Deal with any issues that might arise during your guest’s stay.

    • Communicate all rental dates with the cleaner.

    • Settle payment of rent directly with you post the guests stay*.

Personal Approach

We believe in bespoke property management. That’s why with our small team, it means that you the owner, will never talk to a faceless call centre – and neither will your guests. With direct communication, face-to-face meet and greets (when possible) and expert tips on where to visit for guests, our approach is people-centered, working to put you at ease while ensuring your guests have the best stay possible.

Your Property in the Safest Hands

When entrusting your property to people you’ve never met, you need to feel confident that it won’t be misused or damaged. We only choose guests who have proven track records and positive reviews, and if desired we can wait for your approval before taking any reservations. We also require a security deposit from guests for each stay, only to be reimbursed once a post stay check has been carried out*.

If something does go wrong, we’re on hand to fix it.
