Set on the western verge of the lovely city of Beaune, adjacent to the Teurons vineyards. This house is situated at the foot of avenue de l’Aigue which runs off the town ring road so you are very close to the town centre (10 min walk), as well as feeling like you are in a countryside location. Here you get the best of both worlds! The house has a lovely garden with swimming pool, as well as a resident cat to keep you company!

The Space
Ground Floor: Open plan living area with dining room & french windows leading out to the garden. Seating for 10 people. TV in living area. Separate fully fitted kitchen also with doors leading out to the garden.
Double bedroom with ensuite + separate study/office.
1st Floor: Two double bedrooms, one ensuite and 1 twin room + bathroom for the twin and double room. Office area with computer and printer.
Car parking is available.

We absolutely loved this house! The interior and exterior design was amazing. Location allowed for walks and bike rides downtown and into neighboring towns as it overlooked the vineyards. We enjoyed the pool and had everything we needed for a beautiful home cooked meal! Libbi and her family were always available if needed. We had family and friends on our anniversary trip and everyone agreed it was one of the best Airbnb’s we’d stayed at ever! Looking forward to returning soon.

The house is just perfect: in the middle of the vineyards with a fantastic view of this, a beautiful garden with a pool, tastefully furnished and well equipped with a lot of love for detail, the coziest beds EVER (!), a great hostess who is super organized, in the enchanting wine city of Beaune with an infinite gastronomic offer. We felt very, very comfortable and will definitely be back!
